a. Essential contact details: This may include your name, email and phone contacts to ensure we have an accurate record of who is attending our events (or placed on a waiting list) in case an event has to be cancelled or re-arranged.
b. If you contact us by email, records of the correspondence may be kept in order to facilitate effective communication.
2. WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
a. Personal data that we collect from you is stored securely by our website host and/or email provider. Where contact has been made via our phone number our staff will records any ‘essential contact details’ in writing and keep such records securely.
3. USES MADE OF THE INFORMATION
a. We aim to keep the minimum amount of personal information necessary to support our work with you.
b. Essential contact details are kept to ensure we have an accurate record of who is attending our events (or placed on a waiting list) in case an event has to be cancelled or re-arranged. This information will be deleted/destroyed once the Alton Open Minds initiative is closed.
c. To improve and develop the Alton Open Minds initiative we may email you a brief questionnaire after an event using the SurveyMonkey platform. There is no obligation to complete a questionnaire. If you do not wish to be emailed with such a questionnaire please let us know.
d. Alton Open Minds may wish to contact you about future events. Please let us know if you do not wish to be contacted.
4. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
a. We will not disclose any personal information held by Alton Open Minds without your knowledge and consent.
